Although Fencing Club La Prime mostly caters to Dutch speaking members, we welcome non-native speakers with open arms: fencing is a very international sport and we speak more using swords than words.
Fencing is a very regulated sport and training involves a lot of individual attention by trainers and participants, so it is very easy to integrate into existing groups as a non-native speaker, even for younger youths. There is limited overall group instruction and in such cases an English summary is quickly supplied. All our trainers are fluent in English and open minded towards non-native speakers and cultural differences.
